Returns & Exchanges

Because each original artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece, all artwork sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, color preference, or size preference.

If you have questions about an artwork before purchasing, please contact me. I am happy to provide additional information about dimensions, materials, finish, framing, or presentation.

Damaged Artwork

Every artwork is carefully packaged for shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label.

Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved. I will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

Shipping

Artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery. Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the shipping option available for the artwork.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, and other circumstances outside of my control.

For larger or unusually sized artwork, additional shipping arrangements may be required. If a particular artwork requires shipping arrangements beyond the standard shipping option shown at checkout, I will contact you before the order is fulfilled.

Shipping is currently available within the United States. International shipping may be available by arrangement.

Payment Plans & Holds

Payment plans or temporary holds may be available for select original artworks by prior arrangement.

Any deposit, payment schedule, balance due date, or hold period will be agreed upon before the arrangement begins.

A painting is not considered sold or reserved until the agreed-upon payment or deposit has been received.

Artwork Information

Every original painting is unique. Colors may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.

Artwork dimensions, materials, and other details are provided as accurately as possible. Please contact me before purchasing if you have questions about a particular work.
